Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. In the years We have now been with them I cannot praise them enough thoroughly recommend them. We then advertised our property to be sold by them.
