Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. All estate agents are not the same, this is what we recently found out when using Middletons to both sell our house and purchase our new bungalow from. From day one they were on the ball and always keeping us informed of what stages everybody was at, chasing up wherever necessary. I would give a special mention to Hazel who, without her in depth knowledge and experience I wonder if we would have got our lovely new bungalow.
