I bought my rental apartment through Frank Innes, and always found the staff at the Chesterfield office to be friendly and eager to help. I was so satisfied with their service that I now use them to rent the property for me. Issues and queries are dealt with quickly, and it's always a pleasure to pop into the office when necessary. I can highly recommend them.<br><br>UPDATE<br>Agency has been gobbled up by Countrywide. I now get communications from numerous locations except Chesterfield. Maintenance is managed from Mansfield, by a team who don't know the building and who use Mansfield tradesmen, costing me time and money. EG: 4 months over winter to fix a simple electric heater, using a gas boiler company when an electrician or even handyman would have been fine. Almost £500 for a panel that might have cost £50-60....
