The photographs and brochure were well presented, but our overall experience was disappointing. We trusted their initial pricing advice. Although the starting price was proposed as a short trial, the substantial reductions that followed and the eventual sale price left us questioning, in hindsight, the realism and quality of that advice. The eventual buyers first viewed through this agency. We ended their instruction without an offer having been secured through them, and another agent subsequently negotiated the sale and handled its progression to completion. Given the high fee, we expected much more from the advice, personal support and service provided. In our view, the fee was disproportionate to their contribution to the completed sale. Based on our experience, we would not recommend them.
