   I wanted to share my review reflecting the exceptional service I received throughout my house rental journey.<br>I began my search for an agent who could provide a service that truly matched my home — a new?build, fabulous and unique property with no real comparable match in the area. From the outset, Simone and her team Jenny and Ellie were attentive, receptive and incredibly accommodating.<br>The marketing was outstanding. The professional photography, virtual staging and beautifully written property description showcased the home perfectly. Thanks to your expertise, the rental price achieved was well above any previously reached locally, and you secured the full asking price.<br>I appreciated the thorough and meticulous checks carried out on me as the landlord at the start, as well as on all prospective tenants. Being able to meet the tenants personally before finalising the tenancy was also invaluable.<br>Viewings were organised promptly and handled with professionalism and courtesy. I received regular, detailed feedback after each viewing, and communication throughout was always polite, prompt and proactive.<br>Once the ideal tenants were found, the referencing, documentation and final steps were managed with thoroughness an attention to detail.<br>Overall, the service provided was personal, outstanding, and truly exceptional.    Putterills Knebworth have been fantastic throughout the sale of our home.<br><br>Selling a property is not cheap, so choosing the right estate agent is important. From our very first meeting with Adam, we were impressed by the professionalism, strategic thinking, and market knowledge on display. The team clearly understands the local area and knows how to value properties accurately.<br><br>Other agents may offer a higher valuation or a slightly lower fee, but that's meaningless if they can't actually sell your house. In what has been an uncertain market, the initiative shown by Putterills to maximise our property's visibility was both clever and effective. Their negotiation throughout the process was fair, professional, and ultimately helped secure a successful sale.<br><br>Once the sale was agreed, the sales progression support (Vanessa) was excellent. Having a dedicated person managing communication and helping to negotiate a completion date made a huge difference and kept everything moving forward smoothly.<br><br>The service is sharp, proactive, and highly professional.    Used Ashtons as was a prospective buyer of a property they marketed. Not so many issues with the office but the sales progression team were always quite slow to respond and could never get through to the assigned person to my case. Additionally used ashtons to sell my property and I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience. The problems began immediately. The agency provided an initial valuation to secure our business in July, only to suggest a £25,000 price reduction after just one week, admitting there was no interest. Despite agreeing to the reduction, it did not correlate to an increase in activity which would lead to questions around marketing and resource as Ashtons list a lot of properties. By September, they had only managed to secure two viewings. We received absolutely no feedback from either of these viewings, despite requesting it, leaving us completely in the dark. Lastly thier fees are quite opaque and if youre new to selling read through everything very carefully. In the non flex fees there are baked in withdrawal fees that ensure ashtons get paid regardless if they sell or not. Which gives them little incentive to really push your property in my opinion. The alternative is you pay money up front to them to sell your property which is preposterous. Fundamentally all the agents use rightmove to market your property and that's where most people go to find houses. In summary: an inaccurate valuation, negligible effort, a complete lack of communication, and a devious fee structure designed to charge you even when they fail to perform.... Read more

    This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.... Read more
