    I'd needed to make a claim (upheld by the Property Ombudsman) against another local estate agent, who had dragged out and delayed this 2019-20 (probate) sale, in order to favour their buyer. After the above delay and attendant loss of several potential buyers was stopped in its tracks, with Miles & Barr being appointed to clear up the mess, they delivered a sale (and with yet more delays around the rent-a-roof solar panels installed by our parents - but they got there in the end), albeit at a lower price than we'd initially hoped for....     The staff are all very professional, and are very willing and able to address your concerns as the lines of communication are always open - so important in leading the seller through the legal labyrinth. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible.
