From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

1st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Our property wasn’t sold, we went modern auction method which is extremely confusing to clients and potential buyers . It looks as though we dropped the price majorly however the buyer has to pay the high auction fee which throws them out of the bidding as cannot afford the costs

19th May 2025 (9 mo. ago)Thomas Connelly have been good trying to sell our house. They have been polite and courteous when reaching out, and they have tried different things to push the sale. I would have really liked more feedback and more of a push from there end to get creative in the sale space but I feel the experience overall is a positive one.

They adapted very well to an issue that occurred in a chain that broke and kept the purchase alive. They were exceptional in dealing with a challenging vendor and this helped progress things to a very satisfactory outcome. I would certainly deal with their team again and happy to endorse them and their services.

As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and moments of stress, but throughout the whole process we felt supported, guided and reassured. Luke, Emma and Kyle were amazing! Always friendly, patient and incredibly quick to respond. They took the time to explain things clearly, kept us updated, and stepped in to help whenever something needed sorting. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them, and that made such a difference for us. We’re incredibly grateful for their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, especially first-time buyers! I have spoken to many of the team and when I call they know who I am which makes it very personal. When discussing the house price I was listened to and advised. The house was sold in 1 day. 10th May 2022 (3 years ago)1st Choice a friendly family run business always maintained excellent communication which I really liked, if I had any problem weekday, weekend, or on a holiday, Kelly would reply back to my messages for support very quickly and same day. When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.
