Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home. They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service. I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

From the initial viewing right through to moving in and getting settled, everything has been handled incredibly professionally, quickly, and with a really personal touch. The whole team have been consistently responsive, polite, and efficient — any questions I’ve had have been answered straight away, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. What really stood out to me is how smooth they made the entire process. Moving can often be stressful, but they made it feel straightforward and well organised at every step. Even after moving in, the support hasn’t dropped off at all. Communication has remained excellent, and any follow-ups have been handled just as quickly and professionally as everything before. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing a high level of service, and it shows in how they deal with tenants. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stratford’s to anyone looking to rent — a really refreshing experience compared to what you might expect elsewhere. Thanks again to the team for making the whole process so easy!

1st Feb 2026 (14 weeks ago)Our property wasn’t sold, we went modern auction method which is extremely confusing to clients and potential buyers . It looks as though we dropped the price majorly however the buyer has to pay the high auction fee which throws them out of the bidding as cannot afford the costs

I would have really liked more feedback and more of a push from there end to get creative in the sale space but I feel the experience overall is a positive one.
