Even though we haven’t put an offer in yet, the service we’ve received has been very respectable and professional throughout. The team have been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. A special mention to Teddy, who has been excellent. His communication, honesty, and willingness to assist have really stood out and made the experience feel smooth and reassuring. Based on our experience so far, we would definitely look to use Quilliam Estate Agents in the future when finding our property.

From the very beginning, they went above and beyond, especially in accommodating us with our newborn, and did everything possible to help us secure our beautiful home, including arranging numerous viewings to suit our circumstances and advocating for us on stamp duty relief. We are incredibly grateful for their honesty, transparency, and clear communication throughout the entire process, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. Zaid, in particular, has been an absolute asset to the team. His kindness, patience, and constant reassurance meant so much to us, and he genuinely felt like part of the family by the end of our journey. We got there in the end! We couldn’t be happier and truly can’t thank you both enough.

The whole process was smooth and we were kept informed of progress throughout. James in particular was excellent nothing was too much and made us feel at ease through the whole process. I would highly recommend them when it come to selling property

I’m a conveyancer and have been working in conveyancing for some time now, so I’ve dealt with countless estate agents. Unfortunately, many tend to leave everything to the conveyancers when it comes to chasing updates and progressing the matter. Dave has been outstanding throughout this transaction. He provided consistent updates and was extremely helpful in supporting the sellers with even the smallest matters, particularly when it came to obtaining documents and information from third parties, and ensuring the buyers’ requests were easily manageable for the client. This was also a chain of 8 properties, yet Dave stayed proactive and involved throughout while many other agents in the chain seemed content to sit back. It genuinely makes a difference working with someone who is engaged and committed to helping keep things moving. Dave was exactly that. Highly recommended.

15th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)Harry Benton was my mortgage advisor from the Bletchley branch, he was amazing from start to finish, quick responses, very professional but also very warm, approachable and conscientious. He always replied quickly to emails and took zoom calls and meetings on many occasions to fit around my availability even if it ment him having to stay at work a lot later. I would definately 100% recommend Harry if you want a mortgage, he got us more than I expected to borrow and at a great rate, he was very clear and concise. From the very start, Tau helped me secure a great rate, but what really stood out was how he explained everything in such simple, clear language. Im not very confident when it comes to financial matters, but Tau made the whole process easy to understand and never made me feel overwhelmed. I’m now back in touch with him for a potential remortgage, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Hes always transparent – showing rates clearly via screen share, walking through options, and giving honest advice. What I really respect is that hes not afraid to tell you if there’s a better option. Any time Ive had questions or concerns, Tau has always been there with practical sound advice. 12th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Our purchase of a property in Winslow through Alexander & Co was a positive experience - and Madelaine Thompson, who accompanied us for most of the journey, was always bright, positive and helpful. Others in the team stepped in when Madelaine was not available, and maintained the positive experience for us. The agent, of course, works for the vendor - but Alexander & Co had the purchaser's interests clearly in focus, and did their best to smooth over issues when they arose during the process.

Luke provided excellent advice on pricing within the local market and listed our property at the very end of 2025. Within just four weeks and multiple viewings, we had accepted an offer, and ten weeks later the sale was completed. Our smooth and stress-free experience is a real testament to Luke and Olivia, who kept us fully informed at every stage, handling all communication with the buyer and swiftly dealing with any questions, ensuring that nothing held up the sale. Olivia was always lovely to speak to, and her attention to detail and personal approach were much appreciated. For anyone considering a move in or around Buckingham, we would wholeheartedly recommend Michael Graham.

We were very impressed with them from the outset with their professional approach with marketing, and their communication with us using WhatsApp was excellent. They were proactive in promoting our house, and they were polite and courteous with each visit therefore we would highly recommend Urban and Rural.

He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress. Overall marketing of our property was good with Ariel views and good internal photos.

6th May 2026 (3 days ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!
