7th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)No. Just no. Constant trespassing on property by teens, old enough to know better, have led us to complain - to no avail.l, so must go civil, apparently. They wait until we are not home, throwing balls at house, or playing on our patio, uninvited and while we are out, until one of them gets hurt on our owned property, we are left responsible. Countless emails to this agent, and videos. Was asked by police if I wanted to file a formal report and said no, thinking this agent would be reasonable as in, how would he like it if this were happening to him? A decision I regret, but now see this is harassment of us, as two older women living together, alone, perhaps, to regard us with interpreted LGBT discrimination? Or probably seen as vulnerable? Not sure which…because I cannot understand why an agent wouldn’t want to ensure the peace and safety of surrounding properties, and their owners. Makes no sense. Also, These are Not children - teens, old enough to know better. Tried speaking, kindly, to one of the mothers of these kids only to be sworn at for all neighbourhood to hear. Sent to agent - nothing. Rules for freehold property ownership not being upheld, and intimidation and harassment of two older women living alone.
3rd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)First rate customer service from Vanessa and Hadley. Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

21st Feb 2022 (4 years ago)All staff have been absolutely fantastic for the 16 months that we have rented with them. Always helpful, professional and kind. We have rented for years and really wish that all Estate agents could be like the Milton Keynes team.

19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)What are the estate agent playing at, they are now selling a 4 bed house in Elder way Ampthill for £40000 over valuation price, this is a shared ownership property only recently valued at £510,000 Are they that desperate.. And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds
8th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Do not even try working with this place. They make false accusations and reports to get more money from you. If there is any damage that was present before you moved in, you get blamed for it. They also blame you for the rusty pipes at the boiler. ????????????. Just avoid it. And if you are renting from someone and the agent is 'Black and White,' good luck to you.
3rd Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Adrian gave me a house worth 67K while explaining our friend group and giving us mangoes with mustard. It was crazy tho cause i’m just a babeh and Tom tried to give me a house worth 41k more than that so he may aswell leave. 67/10

The staff were friendly and professional and kept me fully updated throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

Honestly was sad to say goodbye to the property, but only had the most positive experience from everyone involved as well as top tier banter! Keep that spirit up! :)- 15th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings — they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them. Alesco has proven incapable of delivering any real update. They have no communication with the developer, and ERE Property is exactly the same. Investors are left in the dark, receiving vague answers or silence, with no verifiable information on the project’s progress. This is the closest one can be to being legally scammed. I committed funds in good faith, but what I received was misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and no accountability from either Alesco or ERE Property.
