He was attentive with our requirements and took on board our conversations. Thanks to Tyler he introduced us to our dream Bungalow. We have signed Contracts. The whole process took less than four months. Communication was very good and we had a few laughs along the way. He treated us like friends rather than would be buyers. Such a likable young man!! Having just completed a house purchase using Connells, I have nothing but praise for everyone and the service they provided. I especially have to single out Alexander Hutton who worked incredibly hard to secure me an interest only mortgage. This was no mean feat as I am almost 64 years old and really didn't hold out much hope of a successful outcome. Alex was awesome. Kind, friendly and understanding of my situation. I am genuinely so grateful. The whole team were so good and I used their recommended solicitor who was also fabulous. From first viewing of the property to completion, took 7 weeks exactly. We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects.
