Very disappointed with this company, having sold a few houses over the years, I have always had a regular communication with my estate agents, with Pycott and Crone, this was not the case! After we sold our property we spoke with them on the phone and have had no further contact from them since, no updates or anything on the sale of our property.. After exchange with our sale, u had a call from them which is the first call in 10 weeks, I raised my opinions on how unimpressed I was with their service, and was told they didn’t get involved once sold.. utter rubbish as no other estate agents work in this way !!! But the day after exchange they were very quick to email us their bill on our sale .. I will never use this company again very very disappointed by their service

Although not our agency, Tracy and I, along with my agent Conor, worked together over a sustained period to try and minimise the chaos, try and fine out exactly what was reality and what was untruths being used, managing the incompetency of one of the lawyers practices, some lower agents and some very naive or simply stupid clients further down the chain.
They say moving is the most stressful thing to manage- this was absolutely true in this case however Tracy’s tenacious approach and laughter helped make it a little easier, also managing her client in a very professional way to ensure the circle our end was as closed as it could be.
The sold sign disappeared the day after as well, a sign of good management I’d say.

Nicky was brilliant at guiding me through the process of moving, explaining each step clearly. She was always available to answer questions — even addressing things I hadn’t thought to ask — which really helped put my mind at ease.
Charlene was a pleasure to deal with when it came to arranging viewings. The care and attention she showed, along with her excellent communication, made it clear she genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome.
Tracy was a godsend once a buyer was in place and I’d found a new property. First time using Pygott & Crone and very impressed. I was introduced to Leanne and have to say she’s superb. Leanne was very thorough with making sure she’s bringing the correct houses to market. There fees aren’t the cheapest but you pay for what you get. I will definitely be using them again.

Although there has been some mis-communication at the outset, Pygott and Crone promptly acted upon the issue and for the rest of the journey it had been plain and pleasurable sailing.

This in my 30 years of buying and selling properties is by far the worst organisation I have had the misfortune to deal with. Vultures and pirates best describes the team!
Hounding me constantly to use the in house legal team when I repeatedly said I have my own solicitor. Getting to the point of exchanging contracts then being told the buyers did not have the correct funds in place.
Blatantly under valuing my property taking advantage of me being in a delicate position after loosing my Father the month before going on the market.
Finally not selling my property but demanding £300 fees which I have begrudgingly paid but they still have not put my feedback on the Pygot & Crone site which they are probably so ashamed of they have refrained from doing so neither intend to!
Disgraceful and diabolical is best describes this company AVOID at all costs!

As a purchaser of a property being sold by Pygott and Crone, I was very impressed by the help, cooperation and general friendly demeanour of all the staff I spoke to, and especially those I dealt with directly about the purchase.
Although I wasn't a seller, I couldn't recommend them enough, because if they deal with their sellers anything like they dealt with us, they have been fantastic.
