After experiencing property from hell from another agency, the difference with Connells was night and day! Speedy, great communication, reassuring and super helpful and patient! So lovely to talk to over the phone, never felt like I was too much of a hassle! Super super friendly. Cannot recommend enough!

She was friendly, engaging and really easy to talk to, but most importantly actually listened and took the time to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>She explained the application process and fees really clearly, answered all my questions and followed up exactly when she said she would. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and supportive at every stage, always available when we had questions and very quick to respond. She was also extremely accommodating whenever we needed to make changes to dates or arrangements and always did her best to help.<br><br>The whole process was handled quickly, efficiently and professionally, and everything went smoothly and without any problems. At one stage, it even looked like the sale might need to go through my previous agents, but Bradley’s continued to put my best interests first - offering honest advice that could have cost them their own commission. I can’t recommend Isaac, Kelly, and the entire Bradley’s team highly enough for their professionalism, integrity, and support throughout the process.

I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.
