Dennett Estates is hands down the number one agent in the whole of Plymouth!
After having a sale fall through with a nationwide agent and being really disappointed with the action they took after this I reached out to Greg for a valuation.
From the word go Greg has been phenomenal! Everything from the bespoke marketing to the continuous chasing for updates from solicitors made me feel like Greg really had the situation under control.
Nothing was too much to ask and despite hitting some snags throughout the process (due to no fault of Greg’s) we were able to reach an outcome that I’m over the moon with!

Greg had sold our house within a week. We wish it had been that easy to find one to buy! 9 months later and we are actually moving in to our new house. Greg was on the other end of the phone whenever we had needed him throughout the whole of our house finding process. He bent over backwards with anything we needed. He helped us to find properties to view, gave solicitors and estate agents a push when needed and was an ear to listen when things didn't go to plan with properties we wanted. Absolutely brilliant service. Greg has been fantastic from start to finish. It’s been a difficult chain and process with our house sale but Greg has been available throughout and has been relentless in getting our sale over the line. He has been unwavering in his professionalism (even when I have been ranting at him about solicitors within the chain!).
We were on the market with another estate agency for 8 months and had no joy with the sale. Every time we had a viewing a different agent would be showing the property. We changed to Greg and he sold the house within a matter of weeks. He added a personal approach with the viewings and took ownership to get the sale done. His marketing of the property was brilliant with the way he got it introduced onto social media and other platforms alike.

We used Dennett Estates to sell a bungalow in Wembury. Throughout the whole process Greg was easy to communicate with and was always on the end of the phone. He even did viewings for us at very short notice in order to secure a buyer.
Greg is highly professional and has a really friendly manner. This made communication with him feel like we were talking to a friend with great advice and we were not just another customer.
We were given written feedback from every viewing so we were kept in the loop. We especially liked that Greg personally completed the viewings and had a good overview on everything. Using a larger estate agent would have lost this personal touch.
Once a buyer had been found Greg regularly communicated with both them and ourselves to ensure the chain proceeded smoothly. He even regularly made contact with the solicitors to ensure there were no hold ups during the process. This level of communication ensured a really smooth sale.
We would not hesitate to recommend Greg to any of our friends or family.

Dennett Estates provided us with a first class service when selling our home. From start to finish the whole process was explained to us and managed faultlessly. One area for particular mention is communications that were pitched at just the right level and Greg could always be contacted day or night. Although Dennett Estates offer a very competitive price this did not detract from the professional service we received throughout, and in my opinion this was excellent value for money.
The initial marketing was handled very efficiently and we very quickly had views all managed very well with no fuss.
We were part of a chain and although there were some difficulties with other parties Greg was very proactive in explaining and sorting these issues.
Another major positive is that you deal with a single person and as such can build up a good relationship.
The whole process of selling / buying is not easy but in my opinion this was made infinitely easier by hiring Dennett Estates.

I've sold and purchased a few properties over the years using different agents and Greg has definitely proven why he's one of the best. This sale has been particularly arduous not due to Greg but my onward purchase being stalled at every turn. Greg has gone above and beyond to try and assist with the delays on my onward purchase. He liaised with the estate agents on my onward to keep the chain intact and to try and keep my buyer happy due to the unnecessary delays we were experiencing. Greg was exceptionally patient and determined to ensure we got to the point of exchange, which we finally have done now.
I really liked the way Greg and his professional photographer showcased my property. The quality of the images and the write up of my property really made it stand out.
Greg worked with me with regards to viewings on my property to ensure my young son and I weren't disrupted. He worked very efficiently and with great tenacity throughout. I know many people say that if the property is on Rightmove or Zoopla it will sell itself, but I believe that Greg made this process much quicker than what others would have. He also made a brilliant sales video for the property advert and he kept me informed of the progress with the viewings.
The property sold in the first weekend being on the market, and Greg maintained good lines of communications during the conveyancing period.

The photographer that he uses is a class above the vast majority and the property looked brilliant. We had multiple viewing requests within the first 24 hours.

I have met a number of estate agents recently during my selling/buying position and Greg was head and shoulders above them. From my recent buying experience, 3 out of 3 agents were not prepared for viewings and had not been to the property before. I also experienced few agents were proactive and in effect, I would say lazy in their techniques. It didn't enthuse me to use them to sell my property. However Greg was swift in replies, professional, efficient and sensible during discussions during a viewing. He was refreshing and I would recommend giving him a call.

Great experience, Greg was able to fit us in very quickly same day for a viewing and called us within 15 minutes of opening hours to advise us about whether our offer was accepted or not which was great so no waiting on the edge of our seat. He was very knowledgeable about the property and its amenities, great experience and offered some great advice for the process in making our first offer/looking for our first home.
