We had true end-to-end support from Sarah and Charley in particular - from early valuation discussions and buying advice, through to completion of the chain. Communication was always top notch, very prompt and usually by phone with a lengthy supporting e-mail trail. You hear a lot about the stress of buying/selling houses and while this is somewhat true, in our case the agent only made things easier and relaxed.
