They have provided a fantastic service, from marketing our property, showing potential buyers around, and being available to answer any questions on the way. They very much work as a team, which means there is always someone to answer queries or pass it to the person dealing with it. All personnel are friendly and courteous, and take time to fully explain any queries. I can wholeheartedly recommend Thomas Morris as an excellent company to engage when selling your home.

He immediately put us at ease, he was clear with the process and discussed the valuation rather than told us as other agents had. We were always kept informed of viewings including cancellations. They were extremely helpful with solicitors paperwork, printing, scanning and even forwarding to help us out. I was impressed that the agent who valued the property did most of the viewings, meaning he was able to talk really convincingly about the property. We sold slightly under the guide price (during a difficult time in the market) but still at a higher price than what other agents had valued the flat at.
