Luke the owner of the agencies is very hands on - a bright, straight forward guy who is very personable and confident in what he is doing. But the 'star of the show' is Rita one of his negotiators. Her dedication to the task at hand and willingness to 'go the extra mile or two' is impressive. Newton Huxley weren't originally on my short list, but I noticed they sold a house on my street way above the usual market rate so brought them in for a chat. Sam impressed me so much with his local knowledge and financial knowledge (he put me onto the Mortgage Charter which has literally saved me ££££s) so I selected them without hesitation. The property was on the market in days, first viewings in less than a week, and an offer a week later. Which was ideal as I'd found my dream home and needed to be in a better position than the others bidding on it. Thanks to NH getting me the right offer I was able to secure the house I wanted.
