A few days ago, I visited a rental property and had a friendly conversation with Louise Pasker, the
Lettings & Valuations Manager. We explored the house and talked about various topics. She promised to send my partner and I the necessary form, but she never did. My partner and I spoke more about the property the following day to weigh the pros and cons of the property. We were hesitant to commit to a home without thorough consideration. After really thinking it through and not just taking the property to have a home. Not one we didn’t find suited.
It is unfortunate that Louise Pasker failed to provide the requested paperwork (if we were interested which last she heard we possibly interested) and did not respond to my partner’s email the day after.
It is possible that she is experiencing annoyance, illness, or is part-time. In the event of illness, emails should be passed over to another colleague. If she is part-time, emails should also be passed over too. Regardless of her circumstances, it is unprofessional to:
1. Not reply to an email (in the email my partner also asked if they’re any other properties they have)
2. To not even send the forms she said she’d do
Also, my partner sent another email today. Asking if Louise had seen the last email. Had no reply.
It is very unprofessional to ignore someone’s emails that is asking questions.... Read more
