She was incredibly helpful from start to finish — always available to answer our many questions, took every call with patience, and even went out of her way to arrange access for our decorator. She was instrumental in helping the transaction move forward quickly and smoothly, and her support made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.

5th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I have been in the property market for many years and until now, almost every estate agent I have dealt with has either been poor or extremely poor. I included the 2nd largest in England in that category. Adam Wolman is the exception that proves the rule. He is efficient, honest, hard working and genuinely works for his money to get a deal over the line. If you are buying, selling or renting a property in Mill Hill or NW London, deal with him. He is simply one of the best.

As expats, the process of finding a property from overseas is extremely daunting, let alone all the different processes, nuances that might be obvious to a local, but not to a foreigner. As foreigners, we did not have UK credit history or rental history, so we actually failed the third party check, but James reassured us and stepped in when necessary to sort out these matters. Therefore we didn't have to pay 6-12 months rent in advance, which has been the case for others we know. He understood our predicament and assisted us with the process the whole way. He was always transparent and accommodating, providing lots of great tips and advice and responding in a timely manner. We had dealings with other agencies, who were not transparent and really put pressure on us to apply for properties to meet targets, rather than considering our needs. I am very grateful that James honoured/followed through on everything he said to us, and there were no surprises. Even after the signing of contract and we now deal with the landlord directly, he is always happy to respond to any questions I have and provide guidance/tips etc.

4th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)David Lovett from Duncan Perry recently sold my house for me in Potters Bar. Although market conditions were challenging, David always provided straight-forward and honest advice and achieved a good result in the end. I am currently living abroad and he was always very flexible to speak outside normal office hours to accommodate timezone issues. I would recommend Duncan Perry whatever your property requirements are!

We were fortunate to be assigned Mariam, she handled everything as if she were renting the home herself, not just facilitating it for us. She guided us at every step of the process with genuine care and professionalism. Even team members who weren’t directly handling our case, like Mikey and Salma, stepped in to offer guidance and support. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience.

Ercan was consistently professional, responsive, and very clear in his communication. He kept us informed at every stage, chased when needed, and helped keep the process moving smoothly, especially during the final stages toward exchange and completion.
