But Petty Son kept me going all through the process and held everything together for me so I could still purchase the property I was first interested in. When it came to completion they were exceptionally kind and caring due to the challenging situation which was not any fault of theirs whatsoever. I really appreciate their help and consideration all the way through. Thank you so much to each of you individually and collectively. Highly recommended.

We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!

Richard helped us to navigate the whole process really effectively really good clear and efficient communication. Nothing was to was much trouble. Richard ensured the sale was completed in good time and was always communicating with all parties involved and kept us informed every step of the way.<br>He is personable, reliable and someone you can trust. Would highly recommend RL Morris to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area as you will recieve a more personal service then that offered by some of the larger chains.<br>Cant thank Richard enough!

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
