He was consistently professional, extremely patient, and genuinely helpful, always taking the time to listen to everyone involved in the process. His positive and reassuring manner made a real difference during what could have been a stressful time.<br><br>Ali’s sales skills are excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I lost count of the number of viewings he attended and the many questions he answered — often even outside normal office hours.<br><br>I am truly grateful for his dedication and delighted that he succeeded in securing the sale. He is a real credit to Anthony Webb, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any landlord or seller looking for a trustworthy and committed agent.

They were brilliant from start to finish, keeping the conveyancing process moving, communicating effectively with all parties and efficiently supplying all necessary information. I would particularly recommend Jake Ginty, he was knowledgeable, efficient, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from him.

We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). I would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again.

So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

The amount of work behind the scenes to keep everything on track was immense, and their persistence truly made the difference. What stood out most was the additional support they provided by sharing insights and promoting through social media, which was invaluable during such a difficult market. Prompt advertising and clean clear photos. I had prior knowledge of every viewing and feedback soon after. Viewings came thick and fast and property was sold STC within 10 days at near asking price

Keeping us updated along the way and dealing with tricky communication on our behalf along with an incredibly quick sale process. They are honestly worth their weight in gold and I highly recommend you use their services. We are actually sad we will now no longer need to contact the friendly team!

Paid £415 holding deposit on 2 Feb 2026 after clearly telling the agent I’d go up to the asking price £1,850 pcm if needed.<br>They kept showing the property and accepted a higher offer while holding my deposit – this goes against the Tenant Fees Act 2019, which says stop advertising once a holding deposit is paid.<br>They never told me about the competing higher offer – I would have matched it or gone higher. Communication was unclear, facts were distorted in their response, and the process lacked transparency and fairness.<br>Wouldn’t recommend if you want a reliable agent.

From the very first enquiry to moving in, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The communications were friendly, responsive, and Bambos was always happy to answer my questions. I was kept well informed at every stage, and made what can often be a daunting process feel straightforward and well managed. I really appreciated the transparency. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent – great service

Since letting our beloved flat and entrusting its management to Toby and his team, we have been kept regularly informed and been able to keep on top of maintenance, latterly with Paula as property manager. Most importantly our tenants have been happy and the property has been looked after.

Daniel then took over all the correspondence and carried out the viewings — he was amazing throughout. They found us a buyer within just a few weeks and the whole process moved very quickly. Once we moved forward with purchasing, Josh's communication was great always keeping me updated. I can’t recommend him and the team at the Foxtons Wapping branch highly enough. Excellent service from start to finish!
