From the outset, they brought a clear, structured approach to sale process. Being present and engaged throughout the sale. Junaid gave us guidance, not just in selling, but also in helping us understand what to look for when buying our next home. This made a big difference in how confident we felt when making decisions. On Completion, Stefan was very helpful, he went above and beyond, he supported me alot. Throughout, they were professional, reliable, and reassuring to deal with. Very friendly people. Overall, a very positive experience and a team we would happily recommend.
20th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Scott at RHW Estate was honestly great helping me and my friends move into our new flat on Finchley Road. He was always really quick to reply and answered all our questions clearly, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. He was super accommodating with viewings too, arranging a few different times so we could all make it work around our schedules. He also chased things up with the landlord and got back to us quickly whenever we had any requests or wanted changes. When we moved in, the flat was really clean and the inventory was clearly done—they made sure we were happy with everything before settling in. He even helped us sort out utilities, which we really appreciated. What stood out is that they’re just the letting agents, not even the managing agents, but Scott still went above and beyond for us. Overall just a really great service—would definitely recommend.

Her explanation to questions asked was clear making sure I understood every bit of it. Yande was approachable and made me feel very comfortable. 28th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)?? Avoid this letting agent at all costs! They advertised a property that turned out to be completely uninhabitable. On the surface, it looked like a refurbished flat — but there was no running water, which meant no toilet facilities either. This was documented on the check-in inventory, and the management company reassured us that a plumber would be sent. The plumber attended but couldn’t fix the issue. We later discovered there was a major fault with the water tank, meaning the water couldn’t be turned on at all. We were forced to cope without water and without toilet facilities for five days. We’ve now moved out because the situation became unbearable. What’s even more disappointing is the letting agent’s response. They claim they are “let only” and rely solely on information provided by the landlord. The landlord deemed the property habitable, and the agent simply accepted that — refusing to take any responsibility. Instead of mediating or trying to help resolve the situation, they provided contradictory information and washed their hands of the problem. You can judge a company by how they handle issues, and this experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. ?????? Do not sign any tenancy agreements with this agent. ?????? Avoid them if you value basic living conditions and professional service

Dea, my agent, made the entire process of selling my house incredibly smooth and stress-free. We encountered a few obstacles along the way, but Dea went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through. She's knowledgeable, efficient, and always available to answer any questions. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! We completed the sale in record time, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you want an stress-free sale, look no further than Reed Rains!

This was actually the second time we’ve worked with them, and I was so impressed to see that their high standards haven't changed. Throughout the process, there were moments where it felt like Louise was the only person truly pushing and advocate for us to make the deal happen. Her tenacity and hard work were the reason we crossed the finish line, and we recognize that without her, it might not have happened at all! Communication was excellent throughout, and any issues on any side of the chain were dealt with quickly, calmly and effectively. Moving home is often described as one of life’s most stressful experiences, but Stewart genuinely took the stress out of it for us. It was a real pleasure to work with someone so professional, proactive and reassuring — we always felt confident knowing everything was in safe hands and that Stewart had complete command over proceedings. Thank you so much for making what could have been a difficult process such a positive one.
20th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Absolute worthless of a staff. Ross , one of their property managers is not prompt with his replies or actions. We were kept in the cold for two weeks in the winter while our Boiler and heating was not sorted. I have recurrent tonsillitis and had raised this issue from before in September, but they did not pay any heed. Even one of the shower drains was broken. The agent from the letting agency asked us to pay 100 pounds extra each month, not disclosing that the flat has these problems. All their other reviews here are probably bought.
