When the sale fell through we were recommended Martyn Gerrard. Usman and James were available for questions and were clear in what the process was. A special thank you to Mesut, who acted as my mortgage broker throughout the process. Mesut was exceptional — incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always available to guide me through each step. He made what can be a very complex and stressful process feel much smoother and clearer. What really stood out was his dedication and reliability. He guided me through each stage with care and professionalism, ensuring everything progressed smoothly and efficiently. It felt like having someone truly on your side throughout what can otherwise be a very complex process. I would also like to thank Georgia, who was amazing at chasing the solicitors and keeping the process moving forward, and Riley, whose availability and support throughout the journey were greatly appreciated. A very professional and supportive team from start to finish. I would highly recommend their services.100% recommended.
3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I'm consistently surprised by how easy KF&H make property management look. They are not really on top of things, and don't show any professionalism or competence, and it doesn't seem to matter at all! Some observations of my interactions with them as a tenant: Will they reply to you promptly and keep you updated through the tenancy application process? No. Is their portal easy to use and navigate? Not particularly. Will they make you use a referencing company that harvests your data and spams you? Yes. Will they arrange a clear handover and move in process? After you ask twice. Will they even give you the correct keys to the property? Nope. Will they require you to spend your own time cancelling direct debits and setting up standing orders because of changes they decide to make to their systems? Yes. How will they communicate that? By sending emails that look like phishing attempts. Will they notify you of rent increases before they take effect, or will they instead allow you to discover the new amount retrospectively through an arrears notification? Second one. On the plus side, I always get a good laugh out of my interactions with them. Absolute clown show, full marks to all involved.

12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)This was the first time I have used Paul Wallace Hoddesdon, I was selling a property & the guys were entrusted to show prospective buyers around, I was informed on all viewings & feedback throughout which made the process, for me, really easy, Peter & Joe were first port of call & both very calming influences when events happened further down the chain, communication is first class & I won’t hesitate to use their services again

She is an absolutely amazing and professional person who helped us a lot during our tenancy. We had several issues with our landlord, and Dani handled everything with patience and professionalism. She supported us through the process, solved many of the problems we were facing, and even managed to help us get our deposit back, which we truly appreciate. If it wasn’t for her, we would have faced many more difficulties and honestly I don’t know what we would have done without her help. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out. I’m very grateful for her support and highly recommend this agency because of her.thank you Dani Stagg

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Our house move took a year due to a long chain and even before the chain started to form, in the process of looking at properties we ended up speaking with what felt like every local agency there is in Hertfordshire. Collinson Hall were easy to reach, they had a proactive approach to communicating with us throughout and it feels like they took the lead amongst the various agents in our 7-vender chain which I appreciated. Michèle Austin was the contact we worked most closely with and she was professional throughout and guided us through the ups and downs, as the chain evolved through the 11.5 months from property viewing to completion.
4th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!- 20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)Super professional, friendly, communicative and competent estate agents. I used Marsh & Parsons to buy a flat and my main contact was Aicha - she was fantastic, really pleasant to deal with and very understanding of my position as a first time buyer. I felt supported throughout the purchase and was really happy with the standard of service I received. I also want to mention Guy, who was also great and very genuine. Marsh & Parsons made quite a challenging and complicated process feel easier and I am very thankful for that!

I have had properties vacant for over 6 months in the past, but his ability to never give up is a testament to achieving satisfactory results. I have had a very good experience with them over the past few years for all the services they have rendered to us. I therefore strongly recommend them.

From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Seden was brilliant during the viewing very friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. Ismaaiil handled all the paperwork and administration seamlessly, explaining everything clearly and making the process stress-free and straightforward. Both of them went above and beyond to help, and their communication was excellent throughout. Truly amazing service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

From the very beginning, she was incredibly supportive, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right home. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and carefully shortlisted properties that matched our needs, which made the search process far more efficient and less stressful. Her knowledge of the Edmonton area market was invaluable, and she guided us with confidence and clarity at every stage. When it came to negotiations, she was outstanding. She provided thoughtful advice, handled discussions professionally, and ultimately helped us secure the property on very favourable terms. Her communication was excellent throughout — always responsive, transparent, and willing to answer any questions we had, no matter how small. What really stood out was her exceptional customer service. Buying a property can be overwhelming, but she made the entire experience feel smooth and manageable. 26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)Just finished up with renting a property for 18 months through Elliott James. The service prior to agreeing the property was great - we dealt with Annabel who is very approachable and friendly. It did go downhill pretty quickly after we moved in however, and we had various issues, including slow responses from the team, several issues with furnished appliances (we paid extra for) and fobs not working, and holes in walls that took a while to be filled and repainted. We received an outrageously high rental hike after the end of our 12 month contract. We really felt we were taken advantage of here and were being extorted due to a position where we couldn’t move elsewhere. We also received anecdotal feedback from neighbours that we were being charged much more than they would have expected based on their own agreements. The worst part of the experience however was how we were treated when we handed in our notice. It felt the staff no longer felt any need for any customer service at this point and were unhelpful with any query raised. Then there were some pretty ridiculous deductions demanded from the deposit once we had left. This was without evidence, and quite clearly an attempt to make as much money as possible for the Agency and the Landlord at the tenants expense. The property was left spotless after a deep, thorough clean for which we have photo and video evidence, and yet we were charged almost £300 for further cleaning on top. We strongly believe that no matter how immaculate we had left the property, this charge would have been applied as a way of scamming money from us. In addition they claimed almost £300 for damage and almost £300 for redecoration. Again, wholly excessive for trivial issues and basically a way of taking funds from tenants hoping they wouldn’t argue about them. The ‘damage’ was normal wear and tear, and so we have disputed this with a deposit scheme. Overall, I would absolutely not recommend EJPR, and would certainly not use them again. On several occasions we have felt bullied as a result of EPJR taking financial advantage of situations, and would hate to see others in the same situation, hence taking the time to review. Update: We have had the final adjudication on our deposit dispute, and unsurprisingly the adjudicator has cancelled 80% of Elliott James deduction request. Further evidence that EJPR tried to take advantage of us in this situation and were proven to be wholly excessive in their deductions. A real shame we had to be put in this position by them, but atleast there is justice at the end of it (no thanks to EJPR).

It's been a difficult time to try to line a sale up for interested buyers while also looking for a new place. The team however stayed on the ball throughout the year, gave regular suggestions & updates, and stayed in touch. Sam especially gave the selling process his all and made sure everything progressed smoothly once we secured an offer, and was very mindful in guiding us through the process, and staying in contact with us, the buyers, and both solicitors! No notes; it was as transparent and stress-free as a house move can be. Thank you
