She is pleasant and businesslike and I’m very happy with her service.- 6th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Ten days before Xmas I had the onerous task of asking tenants to leave as I had major structural problems in my house but trying to rehouse someone at that time added to my problems. I called into Winkworths to ask the impossible question but was met with welcoming smiles and a solution to my problem.<br><br>I can recommend the new owners Rob and Abbie and their longstanding member of staff, Tom for all their positiveness and help in what appeared to be an impossible situation, particularly at that time of the year. Well done Winkworths and Good Luck with your new venture. I will certainly go back again.
- 23rd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Winkworth were incredibly helpful throughout the process. The buyer and his solicitor messed me around forever at a difficult time for me. Without Winkworth 'on my side', I might well have given up and taken the flat off the market. They always took my calls, always followed up, always got back to me - that made the difference.
18th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios
11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !

9th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Andrew Lloyd Estates is a very small team managing more properties than they can realistically handle, and the service reflects that. Most of our enquiries took a very long time to resolve, and we constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates. If you don’t chase them, nothing happens — which becomes very exhausting over time. Communication is inconsistent and often unclear. There were long delays, missed calls, unanswered emails, and instances where it felt like our enquiries were simply ignored. Even serious issues — like a roof leak — were repeatedly postponed and never properly fixed during our 1.5-year tenancy. Promises should be taken lightly, because you will need to remind them many times before anything is completed. The moving-out process was similarly slow and confusing, and we had to follow up multiple times to get our deposit processed. There were also moments that felt unprofessional, like sudden mentions of potential rent increases (which didn’t happen in the end) or staff going on long annual leave without any out-of-office message. On the positive side, the flat itself was great and served as our first home in the UK. If you find a property you love and it doesn’t require much maintenance, it might work for you. But overall, the customer service was very mediocre and left us feeling frustrated and unsupported throughout the tenancy.

Their professionalism, market knowledge, and clear communication made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. Edward and Jason were always responsive, keeping me informed at every stage and promptly answering any questions I had. What really stood out was their dedication and personal approach — I never felt like just another client. They went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed efficiently and handled any challenges calmly and confidently. I highly recommend Tuckerman residential to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Pimlico and Westminster area. A truly professional and reliable service.

17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Absolutely terrible. I had the displeasure of renting with Spencer Munson from 2020 to 2023 and I am appalled at their service. Issues with our rented property was noted when we moved in, such as blown double glazing that needed to be fixed, but we never got that fixed in the entire 3 years. We needed ventilation in the bathroom and I chased them for 2 years to get an extractor fan fitted. We had contractor after contractor visit yet nothing was ever done because they couldn’t organise. We had one contractor come twice for the same thing! He was as confused as us and stated he sent his quote to them and never heard back till months later when he was asked to go and visit again! We ended up with horrid mould due to their negligence. Every time I would call or email I was told they were sorry for my wait and would check with management and call back. Yet I never ever got one call back!! I was sick and tired of chasing so I made them aware I would report them to the ombudsman and that is the only time I got a response! Even then, it took MONTHS to get an extractor fan and still nothing was done about the window. The boss himself came to our property because it had gone on so long. Originally he gave us a day and time and never showed. This happened twice which I can understand things happen, but he never attempted to call or email while we waited in. When he did arrive, he tried to tell us the property was so old it didn’t need an extractor fan. I brought my grandad around for this reason. He has been a builder all this life and knows the laws. The building is required by law to have some form of ventilation in the bathroom to combat the mould that was growing. The boss tried to give us the run around but it did not work. We decided to move out earlier this year as we were fed up of them and were given the option to self clean to a professional standard or pay for cleaners. We cleaned ourselves and I videoed the entire flat as proof, knowing what they were like. We spent 2 days scrubbing every inch, skirting boards, corners, lamps, oven, fridge, windows and it was spotless. We used their own checklist to make sure we had everything to their standard only to be told we would be charged £250 for a ‘further clean’ after moving out. So a waste of our time. Don’t give the option to self clean if you are going to charge for progressional cleaning regardless! My family friends helped who are actually CLEANERS, so when I say it was cleaned to a professional standard I mean it. We were then charged over £200 for ‘bathroom damages’. After probing into this I was told the ‘damage’ was a loose toilet roll holder that just needed tightening…and the seal on the shower door was coming apart. So they were wrongly charging us for wear and tear NOT damage. So £500 out of our deposit later we are finally out. Appalling management, morally wrong and from what I saw in 3 years, could not manage a property and keep them to a good standard. Avoid at all costs or be prepared to be spending your free time calling and chasing.

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
