The staff at the Winkworth office are all very professional and work with you to achieve the right sale for the property with the right level of support throughout the process. They ARE NOT the pushy irritating Estate Agents I experienced when selecting the right one to work with. From start to finish I found the service provided by both James and Daryl first class. 17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

21st Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Enzo, Oli, Julie & the team were amazing. Via Properties let our property for us after it had been marketed with two other local agents - we were initially doubtful on what extra service they would give us but we are so glad we worked with them & wished we had them on board from the start!! Their service from start to finish was second to none, really friendly and informative, proactive and reassuring. The photography and marketing they put together was brilliant and quick. They found our tenants within a few weeks in a very quiet market. They were on hand to answer any questions and always responded to us quickly and helpfully. As first time landlords they really guided us through the process step by step and I always felt up to date and informed throughout. We were able to have open and honest discussions with Enzo and he really listened to us as clients and endeavoured to deliver the best result for us whilst taking all our concerns into consideration. We will no doubt use them in the future for our property needs for both sales and lettings. Just want to say a huge thank you to you all!
23rd Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Craig Anthony Ashcroft & Mrs Beverley Gepp of The property studio Barnet ltd are decietful and have no regard at all about the rights of those living adjacent to their tenants. AVOID like the plague. Won’t even send anything over that counteracts HM Land registry official documents. Enabling trespassing and harassment. Blocking our sunlight and failing to even provide a time or date when it’s being cut. No parking in their tenants AST. Yet they take up not one but 2 parking bays in the car park when their 1 space is allocated around the corner. Ridicules those with disabilities and refuse to make reasonable adjustments under equality act 2010 to write back on email. LEGAL ACTION PENDING against them and to the redress scheme they are subscribed to. 0/10

Selling a property can be stressful, but Peter made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble — he consistently went above and beyond at every stage. Whether it was keeping me updated, answering questions quickly, or handling unexpected challenges with total confidence, he exceeded every expectation I had. What really stood out was his dedication and work ethic. He didn’t just do his job — he truly cared about getting the best possible outcome for me. I can genuinely say he is light years ahead of any other estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re looking for someone reliable, proactive, and exceptional at what they do, Peter is the one. Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. 1st Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Lack of feed back on viewings Turning up late for viewings Manager never checked to see how I'm getting on. No assurance No data updates on people interested in property. Manager had left and no courtesy call to advise. Not a good experience at all, felt let down.

22nd Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I viewed a property through this estate agent, and it reeked of a strong food odour that would be difficult to remove from walls and furnishings. When I asked if it would be professionally cleaned or if the furnishings could be removed, Daniel, the agent was evasive. They insisted I provide all my personal documents before they can even ask the landlord, seemingly trying to pressure me into making an offer without any guarantee it would be honoured. They then ignored my email and only responded after the property had already been let.
