After providing all the requested info, including bank statements showing 3 months income over 100k and mortgage statements etc etc only to be told that the landlord had chosen someone else. Shocking process causing untold stress ……. avoid avoid avoid

Was really helpful to be able to speak to any member of the team who could always answer my questions . Always explained everything in detail . Would highly recommend Abode if need an estate agent .

The communication and support I have received and continue to receive is very impressive so I do not feel I am alone as I go through this process. The photographs of my property were taken by a professional so online presentation is excellent. My experience is one of feeling valued as a customer. I am happy to recommending Julian Wadden to anyone looking to sell their home.

Firstly the way that Charlotte dealt with our negotiations over the purchase were 1st rate and Katy for helping keep our spirits up when manoeuvring through the constantly changing housing market after 2 failed sales. Dewi Jones was able to put my property up for sale online within a week, and immediately we had multiple viewings. I got the price I wanted and it was a easy process as Dewi is professional and communicates regularly, he was always available to have a quick chat and keep me up to date.

The lettings manager came out and met me at the property, she explained every process and how the property was going to be marketed and how a tenant was found and referenced. From the moment I met Emily I knew I was going to get a good service. They found me a tenant within 2 weeks of having my property valued. Would highly recommend!
