18th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Not what we expected. Our particular agent didn't seem very knowledgeable and we struggled to get viewings and offers most likely due to the property being over priced.

13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Andrews (Bear Flat Team) have been brilliant from start to finish: extremely professional, courteous and hardworking.

They have guided and helped me throughout the whole selling process from listing to completion.

Many thanks to Emily, Marcella and the rest of the team for making the selling process so easy - I couldn't recommend you highly enough!
18th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)I feel so compelled to write a glowing review of Liane Hanks - especially to contradict some of the other reviews. While I can't speak to their experience, it does seem as though their is a common thread between them...... From our experience, as renters (a family, not students..), the entire team have been nothing short of fantastic. We've never had a single issue with communication, action, support. From the minute we started dealing with the team, to today. They are always friendly, helpful, responsive, flexible, trusting, supportive. We cannot fault them and strongly believe many of the other reviews don't offer a fair reflection of their service. I'd encourage anyone to just speak with the Liane Hanks team yourself.. and realise they are great.
