Although I do not rent through this letting agency, I wanted to leave a review because of the kindness and professionalism they showed me. They took the time to offer support, answer my questions, and treated me with genuine care, even though I wasn't one of their tenants.<br><br>It's rare to come across such compassion and willingness to help with no expectation of anything in return. I originally purchased my property through Andrews in Bath. So I didn't hesitate to use them again. We gave had a steady stream of viewings and about 5 offers. The current economic climate and the issues with Landlord investors made it difficult to value the house to gain the maximum value. However we seem to have reached a position where interested buyers are bidding similar offers and we have currently accepted an offer subject to contract. I feel so compelled to write a glowing review of Liane Hanks - especially to contradict some of the other reviews. While I can't speak to their experience, it does seem as though their is a common thread between them...... From our experience, as renters (a family, not students..), the entire team have been nothing short of fantastic. We've never had a single issue with communication, action, support. From the minute we started dealing with the team, to today. They are always friendly, helpful, responsive, flexible, trusting, supportive. We cannot fault them and strongly believe many of the other reviews don't offer a fair reflection of their service.
