28th Jun 2026 (17 weeks ago)Overall excellent service.
19th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We appointed Sam Daniels at Knight Frank Bath to sell our house after meeting several local agents, and he proved to be an excellent choice.

From the outset, Sam was exceptionally well prepared. He had researched the local market in detail, explained his recommended pricing clearly, and set out a convincing and realistic sales strategy — including what was worth doing to prepare the house and, just as importantly, what was not necessary. His local knowledge was excellent, but what impressed me most was the quality of his judgement: thoughtful, straightforward and commercially astute without ever feeling pushy.

Throughout the sale, Sam was consistently responsive, reliable and easy to deal with. He communicated promptly, explained developments clearly and handled potentially awkward situations calmly and intelligently. When there was competing interest, and later an unexpected fall-through, he reacted quickly and kept the process moving.

One of the factors that influenced us when choosing Knight Frank was Sam’s explanation of how the team works and his very strong record of progressing agreed sales through to completion. Having now experienced the process, I can see why. He remained actively involved after the offer was accepted, communicated effectively with the conveyancers and helped navigate the transaction through to completion.

The house sold quickly at the asking price, but beyond the outcome itself, I particularly valued Sam’s professionalism, honesty, tact and sound judgement throughout. I always felt that he was acting in our interests and that we could rely on what he said. I would recommend Sam and Knight Frank in Bath very highly.
2nd May 2023 (3 years ago)Very pleasant, friendly and well presented and punctual agents but lacked experience which I felt contributed to poor marketing and incorrect information being passed on to prospective buyers. Communication could also have been better.
19th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Highly capable and effective staff with first class knowledge of the Bath market and extensive reach to potential buyers. Property marketed and sold quickly.
12th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I worked with Abbie Heaton towards sorting out renting a place in Bath on short notice. I had some concerns and limitations due to moving cities and working hours. Abbie was great at working around my schedule and providing the best advice.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent.- 13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Andrews (Bear Flat Team) have been brilliant from start to finish: extremely professional, courteous and hardworking.

They have guided and helped me throughout the whole selling process from listing to completion.

Many thanks to Emily, Marcella and the rest of the team for making the selling process so easy - I couldn't recommend you highly enough!
17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)A huge thank you to the team at Winkworth Bath for their support in both the rental and eventual sale of our house. Their communication was excellent and we felt confident they had our best interests in mind throughout. Viewings were well organised and professionally executed. I’d happily recommend the team for the rental or sale of your home.
11th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I bought a house where Justin Hunter was the estate agent and I cannot recommend Justin the whole team enough. I could always find out what was going on. They went above and beyond to keep things going smoothly and were always really easy to get hold of.
30th May 2026 (21 weeks ago)We were not living in the flat during the sale process and Nash & co were very helpful in dealing with a couple of issues so that we didn't have to travel a long way back to Bath.
2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)We had a great experience with Gaye and Martin and Co. We were provided with a lovely, well kept flat and received kind, incredibly prompt, and exceptionally accommodating service throughout our tenancy.
30th Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)Amazing estate agnates with personal touches. Hugely supportive particularly when dealing with difficult issues (not caused by them). Highly recommend
18th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)I feel so compelled to write a glowing review of Liane Hanks - especially to contradict some of the other reviews. While I can't speak to their experience, it does seem as though their is a common thread between them...... From our experience, as renters (a family, not students..), the entire team have been nothing short of fantastic. We've never had a single issue with communication, action, support. From the minute we started dealing with the team, to today. They are always friendly, helpful, responsive, flexible, trusting, supportive. We cannot fault them and strongly believe many of the other reviews don't offer a fair reflection of their service. I'd encourage anyone to just speak with the Liane Hanks team yourself.. and realise they are great.
10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)?????

Excellent experience with Madison Oakley from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service. Five stars!
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Sharon, Lewis, and the entire team really went above and beyond to help us with our rental, going out of their way to help us during what has been a very difficult and challenging time with a family emergency. We are ALL very, very appreciative. Highly (highly) recommend!
20th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Calm accurate advice , very knowledgable about both the local market and area price trends . Matthew and the whole Savills TEAM in Bath take a loan of stress off the sellers shoulders , and can recommend efficient lawyers . Thanks . N
12th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)The team at Strattons were very knowledgeable and made selling the house a comfortable and straight forward process. Would definitely recommend them.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Peter is always a pleasure to work with - highly experienced, knowledgeable, proactive and responsive. He always goes above and beyond for his clients and as a buying agent working with him, he has been instrumental in opening doors to off-market opportunities. I would highly recommend Peter if you are looking for expert advice and representation for the sale of your property.

23 Leafield Industrial Estate Leafield Way Neston Corsham, SN13 9SW(46 reviews)
18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
