2nd May 2023 (3 years ago)Very pleasant, friendly and well presented and punctual agents but lacked experience which I felt contributed to poor marketing and incorrect information being passed on to prospective buyers. Communication could also have been better.

Ollie offered clear answers, prompt updates, and genuine advice. He chased solicitors and coordinated tradespeople when needed- keeping things moving quickly and smoothly. He's a fantastic communicator and great representative of the Hunter French team. We would happily trust Ollie to handle any future sales or purchases on our behalf.... The entire team were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout, always quick and efficient in responding to questions and keeping things moving. They stayed on top of developments across the whole chain, which made the process much less stressful. They also gave really useful recommendations for contractors and specialists for bits that came up in the survey. Would definitely recommend!

I have bought and latterly sold through Wild and Lye and both transactions were handled with a competence that comes from long standing experience. The service delivered is excellent and the fees are more than reasonable. I have nothing negative to say about Jonathan and Wild and Lye.
21st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I originally purchased my property through Andrews in Bath. So I didn't hesitate to use them again. We gave had a steady stream of viewings and about 5 offers. The current economic climate and the issues with Landlord investors made it difficult to value the house to gain the maximum value. However we seem to have reached a position where interested buyers are bidding similar offers and we have currently accepted an offer subject to contract. Andrews have been very good with communication where you get notification by email and text with follow up calls. Overall I am pleased with Andrews to date
