14th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>Whenever the matter was not in their interest, it took them more than a week to reply. I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.
23rd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Not too impressed We had a number of viewings but never had any feedback from Bidwells. As far as I can tell they also did not follow up on the potential buyers. Not overly impressed. We have now taken the house of the market and will relist with another agent.

Lucy, Darren and Paula were absolutely wonderful from start to finish.<br>Not only were they extremely professional and effective, but they were also approachable, patient and genuinely kind. We really appreciated the clear communication, attention and support throughout the process. However, we couldn't have asked for better support than what we received from Zerda at Abbotts. Throughout all the inevitable twists, turns, and hurdles of the chain, she was a constant source of help and guidance. She kept communication open, worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and supported us every step of the way to get us across the finish line. Would strongly recommend!

Everything went smoothly, and we always felt that we were kept informed and supported throughout the process.<br><br>Special thanks to Paula, who was absolutely brilliant. She was so kind, approachable and easy to communicate with, and was always happy to help whenever we had a question or needed anything. She made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable for us. We really appreciated all her help and would definitely recommend her.
