Very poor experience with this agency. There was little transparency from the start, with the tenancy agreement repeatedly delayed until, just two weeks before our planned move-in date, we were told the property was no longer available because the landlord had changed their mind. This left us in an extremely difficult situation with very little time to find alternative accommodation. Even the holding deposit refund took a week and required multiple emails (with no reply) and phone calls. Very disappointing experience overall.... Read more

Only have sellers interest at heart, awful one sided. Told seller wanted to sell despite being up for rent and buy then rented while contemplating upping offer on flat which sale was agreed last year for £17k under the ask due to valuation being lowered to reflect condition and market.
