   Jeremy McGinn & Co have been my estate agent for the sale of my property over the past few months, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire process, from October to March, was impressively quick and smooth. One of the standout qualities was their in-depth knowledge of the market. As soon as I considered selling, they provided a comprehensive report covering current market conditions, insights on my street, and buyer demand. This gave me great confidence from the outset. They were never pushy, but always responsive and proactive in keeping me informed. I particularly appreciated their honesty—both about the state of the market and realistic expectations for the sale price. The marketing was excellent. The photos of my property looked fantastic, and they even arranged the Energy Performance Certificate on the same day, which minimised disruption—especially important as I work from home. They also recommended and coordinated with a solicitor who was equally reliable and efficient. Together, they worked seamlessly, and communication throughout the process was consistently clear and timely. Although no major issues arose, I have no doubt they would have handled any challenges quickly and professionally. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent, I would highly recommend Jeremy McGinn & Co. If I ever move again, they will be my first call!    Having recently sold my property through Sanders & Sanders in Alcester, I wanted to say a genuine thank you to Warren, Steph, Amelia and the rest of the team.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward sale turned into quite a lengthy and complicated process, with various legal and leasehold issues to navigate. Throughout it all, the team remained approachable, helpful and committed to getting things over the line.<br><br>What I particularly appreciated was the personal approach. Warren is refreshingly down-to-earth, straightforward to deal with and always happy to exchange a bit of humour, even when things were getting frustrating. The whole team were patient, responsive and helpful in navigating the inevitable complications along the way.<br><br>It's nice dealing with an independent local business where you feel you're speaking to actual people rather than just being another transaction.<br><br>We got there in the end!    Only have sellers interest at heart, awful one sided. Told seller wanted to sell despite being up for rent and buy then rented while contemplating upping offer on flat which sale was agreed last year for £17k under the ask due to valuation being lowered to reflect condition and market.
