Charles Harding knows the Swindon market very well and will respond rapidly not to waist anyones time! It is highly recommended to anyone who wants to sell house quickly.

6th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)AVOID USING FOREFRONT, use someone more reputable. Lack of communication, when that communication does come it’s unclear & muddled up with communication from all other parties. Our estate agent left the company midway through the process & the person picking it up had no clue about the process nor wanted to get bought up to speed. 4 months into the process, after waiting patiently, we were asked if we had a mortgage offer??? The one rare time we got any communication from Forefront, the estate agent handled the situation very poorly, leaving a sour taste in our mouth. Safe to say we will never be using forefront again & I strongly advise you not to use forefront, use someone more reputable like Richard James, Haart or Charles Harding.

14th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Whatever the issue you face they don't respond. It was very bad experience. When we ask anything, they say it is managed by landlord and he will come and sort. I don't know why they are taking rent if they don't solve customer issues.

George and Craig were friendly, personable, and it really felt like they wanted to sell my house for me, not just for themselves. Heidi and Hollie in the office were also fantastic – always helpful and quick to respond if I needed anything.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

9th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Promised regular updates from dedicated person but had 4 calls in 6 months from a different person each time! When i got so frustrated with there lack of interest i decided to cancel i emailed them and the only response i got was “there is a button on your account to cancel your listing” No Customer service and no care at all. 6 months wasted and i would never use again and will now go with a traditional estate agent.

7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Excellent service from James and the team!<br><br>We had a fantastic experience buying through Location Real Estate in Swindon.<br><br>James made the process incredibly smooth. Booking a viewing was super easy, and he always responded to our queries quickly.<br><br>During the viewing we had a thorough walkthrough and were given plenty of time to explore without feeling rushed. At the offer stage communication was completely open and transparent, keeping us informed throughout.<br><br>To top it off, everyone in the office was incredibly friendly and welcoming when collecting the keys.<br><br>Would highly recommend James and the whole team!
8th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage.
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Very upset!<br><br>My partner and I were due to view a flat in cricklade, the night before we received an email saying the viewing was still going ahead.<br><br>Barely 2 hours before our viewing my partner received an email saying “your viewing has been cancelled” no explanation at all. So my partner phoned up and was told the flat had been let. Even tho it wasn’t available to let until September.<br><br>May as-well have listed it as “first come first server” because by the looks of things, no one else gets a chance after one persons shown interest.<br><br>Didn’t even have a chance to view it or get close to looking into placing a holding deposit.<br><br>This was going to be our first ever rental. Disgraceful and unprofessional. Can safely say we’ll be looking at other letting agencies in the future.<br><br>Nice way to destroy a young couples hope at freedom.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)From the start of this process, Chloe and Lauren showed high professionalism, and most importantly, a human touch. They projected a sense of wanting to succeed for us and they certainly did by selling our house twice. They showed an excellent market awareness which enabled us to maximise the value of our property which I don’t believe we would have achieved with another agent. Both our sales were achieved by viewings on a Sunday! They worked 8 days a week for us!
