Very easy to deal with and got on with the process quickly. Any queries were dealt with quickly and much to my surprise managed to secure a number of viewings which given the current climate was excellent. We are currently in the under offer stage and we will see if this goes to completion. Overall so far I can only describe the process with them as excellent. One issue I would have changed from the beginning was to add a floor plan to the marketing information which they don't do as standard. We did agree to do this if necessary so not really an issue.... Called on Clee Ammanford to sell our property, when another local agent had failed. They found our first buyer in good time, but unfortunately they were not able to proceed (no fault of Clee) . Back on the market, more viewings and offers - and the one that came good. Throughout the process the team at Clee have been supportive and kept me well informed.
