30th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)I can't thank Connor and Millie enough for all the help and support they gave me during what was a very stressful time.<br><br>I was understandably worried about finding somewhere new to live. The team worked hard to find me suitable accommodation and arranged an agreement with my previous landlord that made the move much more manageable.<br><br>On moving day, they even helped me transport my belongings to my new home, which was far beyond what I expected and made a huge difference. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, they kept me informed, answered my questions, and treated me with understanding and respect. They made what could have been a very difficult experience much less stressful.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and reliable estate agent. 13th May 2025 (1 year ago)The Fee was higher than shown on the Get Agent website as they have a minimum charge, which the website failed to display. The gents service was very efficient and I would recommend them
5th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have used Hindhead to relet a small number of investment properties which for many years I had owned and managed myself. I have used them for more than a year now and everyone there is really pleasant to deal with. The advertising and viewings are done quickly which really helps minimise the time the properties are vacant. Their application process also gives you a really good insight into who will be living in your property and I value the peice of mind I have knowing everything is compliant. Really recommend them.
19th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)Novahomes came and valued my house within days of contacting them (Tuesday) They were the best value for money and offered me a discount as I had used them before. They gave me a realistic valuation and came and did the photographs and floorplan (Friday) after I instructed them on Wednesday. My house went on the market on the Monday afternoon and they booked in 2 viewings within half an hour of the house being on the market. Viewings were arranged for Wednesday and I received an offer for the full market price the same day. So from instructing to them to receiving an offer for the full asking price - 7 days - I don’t think you can ask for any better than that!- 29th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)As a family we have had to sell our Grans bungalow. Hayley has been amazing from the start of the process. The service we have received from Hayley and the rest of the ladies at Fox and Sons Saltash has been top tier, constant communication about the process of selling, viewings and helpful hints and tips to market the property has made the whole procedure less stressful and easy for us. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I knew nothing about estate agents or the value of my mothers property but our daughter had recently bought a house via Mayers and said that they were good. We looked up and down the street and out of 5 estate agent boards that were visible 4 were from Mayers. So, with 1 personal recommendation and 80% silent recommendations we decided to go with Mayers. We weren't disappointed. As an aside, during the selling process we had reason to meet our buyers. They also had nothing but praise for Mayers.

I was particularly impressed with how she built a positive relationship with the tenant whilst still representing my interests effectively.
