Awful agents to be a tenant with, use them if you want to be charge £125 every 12 months to have a date changed on your contract, if you want your deposit back be prepared to wait, aperently a bank transfer takes 5-7 working days! A company who cares only for landlords and the bottom line, company have left one very stressed out employee to run the branch single handedly. Stay clear if you can, but hay they can always find another mug to rent off them.... Read more

Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang.
