25th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)We took time in evaluating three agencies before selecting Brighter Moves and have been more than pleased with our choice. Their local market knowledge, proactive performance and communication have all come together in getting our house sale in a difficult marketplace.
25th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)This agent did not provide any terms and conditions. Their photographs of my property were appalling and they totally ignored all of my concerns about their shameful service. They did not put an offer to me that they received on my property and told me what solicitor they wished to use for the conveyancing prior to any consultation with me. They have an appalling sales record compared to other local agents who sell properties far quicker than this incompetent agent who completely ignored my concerns AND instructions throughout. I can not put into words how shameful this agent was in dealing with the sale of my house. Concerns and instructions ignored and not acted upon this disgracefully incompetent agent took over 15 months to sell a very desirable property on a much sought after estate. Please refer to GETAGENT to see the shamefully disgusting time these ametures take to sell properties compared to other local agents. DISGRACEFUL service from an incompetent and out of touch, arrogant estate agent.
17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Great advice from Martin on a commercial property that I own. With the help of Martin I was able to tie my tenants in to a long term lease suited to both of us. Having dealt with commercial estate agents in the past I have never had any sound advice….my opinions have now changed. Thanks again Martin and team. I will definitely be recommending yourself.
