She always made sure to keep us informed of anything going on even if there was no change and we never felt like we didn't know what was going on at the time. We would absolutely 100% recommend her to anyone.

3rd Feb 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial meeting to discuss the house sale, to actually getting it on the market and selling had been hassle free. The team from Beals have been great. Communication has been so quick and the relay of messages has been good. Couldn't ask for more.
20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)I cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough. From start to finish, they have gone above and beyond what I could ever have expected. In particular, Amelie Budd, but also Lloyd and Simon have been exceptional. Their professionalism was outstanding, but what truly set them apart was their kindness and compassion. During what can often be a stressful and emotional process, they treated me with genuine care, patience and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and they consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their communication was clear, prompt and reassuring throughout, and I always felt supported and respected. It is rare to find a team that combines efficiency with such a human, empathetic approach. I am incredibly grateful for everything they have done and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly puts their clients first.

Once our property was on the market we were kept updated on a regular basis by Dan. I can't fault the service we received from Beales and would definitely recommend them.

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)The office team were very helpful and patient as I tried to set up a date for valuation. The site visit was very good with a verbal proposal. Since then we heard nothing after the valuation letter. This review originally of 3 stars, prompted a phone call from the agent who was somewhat confused on the low rating. I advised them that I had sent a general enquiry to the Fareham office to seek a Best And Final Offer (amongst 4 other estate agents). Subsequently and in short order the revised offer was submitted.

Joke - Charters are another agent that over value and give sellers false hope and it just wastes time. Buyers are savvy nowadays! They have kept us informed every step of the way with the sale of our home. They’ve always been there on the end of the phone if we had any questions. Although the house took some time to sell due to a quiet market, Tony persevered throughout and never lost momentum. His communication was excellent and he remained friendly and professional at all times. Where Tony truly came into his own was after the sale was agreed; he did a fantastic job supporting the buyers through the process and proactively chasing the solicitors to keep things moving. A fantastic service during a difficult time – thank you, Tony."
