21st Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)I have purchased my house recently through Cubitt & West and I cannot be more satisfied with the service I have received. James and the team were very communicative, knowledgeable about the properties and accomodating. Once I picked the house, I was assigned with Julie who was looking after the purchase for us and she was absolutely amazing chasing everything on all sides of the chain and giving us regular updates. I would strongly recommend Cubitt and West to both buyers and sellers based on my experience. Thank you guys.

She always made sure to keep us informed of anything going on even if there was no change and we never felt like we didn't know what was going on at the time. We would absolutely 100% recommend her to anyone.

3rd Feb 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial meeting to discuss the house sale, to actually getting it on the market and selling had been hassle free. The team from Beals have been great. Communication has been so quick and the relay of messages has been good. Couldn't ask for more.

They kept me updated throughout the whole process of selling my house. I would recommend them over any other estate agent in Havant, I had a disappointing experience with the one a few doors along with the rude woman who works in there. Rob and James went above and beyond and would definitely use them again.

As a support worker assisting my clients in securing a property, it was important that the process was smooth and well-communicated, and Danielle was incredibly helpful throughout. She responded to our emails very quickly, kept us updated at every stage, and assisted with everything to a very high standard. Her professionalism and willingness to help made the whole experience much easier for both myself and my clients. I would highly recommend Henry Adams Lettings in Emsworth, and especially Danielle, for their outstanding support and service.

I viewed a property on Hayling with Jason and was interested straight away, and within a few days Jason had me signing paperwork, Jason was very well organised and responded very respectfully and quickly, Jason answered every question I asked even when I thought it was silly it didn't matter, he explained everything fully to me and was always well mannered I can't thank Jason and Geoff foot lettings as a whole enough for getting me into a new property and so quickly too.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and all of our questions were answered clearly with no pressure at all. There was a healthy amount of viewings and offers forthcoming, giving plenty us of choice, which was really appreciated. A special mention to Kieran, Shannen, and Connor, who were all fantastic and a real credit to the team. A smooth, professional experience from start to finish. She is consistently responsive and always quick to address any queries or concerns we may have. Communication is clear and prompt, which gives us great confidence that matters relating to the property are being handled efficiently.
26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)I recently rented out a property through Bernards. The lady I dealt with, Amber, made the process so easy. It makes me wonder why other agents make it so hard. One other small but crucial point. Amber found tenants and had them installed in record time. Other agents I'm also dealing with could learn a point or two there. Confidence and helpful attitude no doubt encouraged the prospective tenants to proceed. If you're looking for a company to handle property rental, I unreservedly recommend Bernards in Havant. I will be using them again without hesitation.
