Pearson’s did a good job in what’s currently a difficult market in terms of selling property. It did take a bit of time to get the price right to sell. After a disappointing experience with another local estate agent on a previous property we asked several different agents for valuations. Most were similar, but we were impressed by Pearsons knowledge of the area, and their strategy for marketing. Chris was positive and realistic, and took great pictures of our house, really highlighting its best features. The whole team were great, providing quick feedback from prospective buyers. Placed my house on the market in June 23. Liam valued my property and was there with nearly all the viewings. He was very knowledgeable with telling the clients what was needed to know.
