28th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)The worst agents I have ever experienced, and I am a retired chartered surveyor with over 30 years in practice. I found them rude, disrespectful and totally incompetent. They failed to respond at all to any of the notices served on them in accordance with the term of the tenancy, I was totally ignored. When the rain came, it was obvious that the thick layers of paint hid a sorry lack of maintenance. I would not advise anyone to have any dealings with this firm in the light of this experience. They say they have a, 'Fully Managed' tenancy while the opposite is the fact.

Excellent communication all the way through. Very proffessional and helpful and overall really quuck sale. Very good price to sell and good value for money compared to other estate agents. Really pleased with the service i received

25th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)My property was marketed at n unrealistic price due to incomplete works and should never of been marketed until these works were completed to reach the value Miller Metcalfe marketed my property for. My property has been reduced substantially over a few years recommended by Millers. The advertised value at current is £850,000. I have accepted a sale of £750,000. This is due to Miller Metcalfe saying it’s a fair offer and I have an out order stating I must accept a reasonable offer in my divorce proceedings. I believe Miller Metcalfe have caused damage to the value of my home and should never of agreed to market my property at the original first value. I have suffered substantial financial losses due to how they have proceeded forward with the sale of my property.

We had a piece of land for sale locally, and the sale turned into a long, protracted and complicated sale (15 months). Through the many twists and turns, Richard and his staff advised us, and kept us informed and always returned communications quickly right up to the completion of the sale. Great customer service. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this estate agency.
