6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

All members of staff were informative and knowledgeable and their expertise made the whole sales process move seamlessly. Chris was professional and supportive through the whole process. His knowledge of the local area is unmatched. The quality and quantity of the photographs truly made the property look stunning and stand out from other similar properties - I'm not surprised that he found a buyer within a week. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed at all steps and that the sale went through efficiently. Cheryl was also very easy to work with. Her communication was clear, consistent and professional. She helped make the transaction as smooth as possible by keeping me in the loop at every stage. I am truly appreciative to the RE/MAX team. I put my trust in selling my property with them and they exceeded my expectations with no worry, stress or hassle.
