Although it has been an emotional time we received great service through Peter David Properties in Brighouse. The photos and brochure were done quickly and professionally, and once I approved it, the listing was live within 30 minutes. We had multiple offers within hours! Everyone has been friendly, proactive, and easy to deal with. Communication has been spot on the whole way through. They’ve made the process smooth and stress-free — couldn’t have asked for more.

14th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.

21st Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)Haven't been a tenant with this agents for some time - left for reasons unrelated to the property / agency, however had numerous problems during the tenancy anyway - and just received a tenants maintenance problem! Huge safety concern as I received the building code and their apartment door code! Appalling - hope they’ve contacted the tenant to explain and changed the code, luckily I’m not a bad person!

Due to expecting our first child, we were in a rush to get things done and Karen made the process so much better for us. Excellent communication throughout and was always able to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend Northwood to anyone, and if you get the pleasure of having Karen, then be sure that the process will be smooth !

10th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings! But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys. Paul was transparent throughout, you know how much you are paying before you even sign the dotted line and there were no hidden fees. Honestly, I can't sing Paul or ewe move's praises enough! They made what is normally a stressful process seemless and worry free. I challenge anyone to try and find the same dedication and service from any other estate agents! Ewe move will be the only estate agents I will ever recommend or use again. Professionalism, contemporary solutions, dedication, transparent seemless service and communication, stellar customer service, this is what you get when you choose ewe move!!

Sarah, our estate agent, was incredible from our first viewing right down to collecting the keys. She was informative, explaining everything so that we understood it and answered all our queries really quickly. She was always on the end of the phone whenever we needed any advice or to direct us to the right person. We didn’t feel any pressure, Sarah was super relaxed and friendly, and we’re really pleased we had her to help us purchase our first home!
