20th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)Our house sold to the first viewers within the first week of being marketed so we've only had limited contact with the Estate agents so far but everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. They had great knowledge of the house and the area and were able to provide the buyers with lots of useful information about the house when they came for the viewing. They've been very responsive in getting things moving quickly. Very pleased with the service we've received so far.

I can say confidently that Manning Stainton is head and shoulders the best (we didnt even complete with them). Interacted with a lot of staff over time and they were consistently helpful and didnt drop the ball (!!) Extra thanks to Kyle G, and also to Remi B who just delivered some excellent customer service and really upheld the company image.
