12th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.

23rd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Wish you could choose your own star rating, we don't think 5 is enough. As soon as Andy came to do our sale valuation we knew we were using KW. Everything is 'discussed' with you, you are never talked down to like the other valuers we asked. We bought and sold with KW, and with one thing after another going wrong this hasn't been the easiest job they've ever done, but Andy and Caz always had a smile on their faces and an encouraging word. We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done. Very very highly recommended.

8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)avoid if theyre going to give you a house under RNL!!! check the reviews for RNL property management before choosing a house through haus, the reviews here seem good as the house finding process is so fine but as soon as youre moved in everything is handed over to rnl and theyre a nightmare.<br><br>My room had a window that didnt shut for months which was blown open in the wind and my whole room was soaked with rain (it was unlivable and i had to stay at a friends house for days) they eventually bolted it shut in october then replaced it finally at the end of november (i moved in in july) they charge you for stuff you didnt break and you wont get your full deposit back even if the house is spotless.<br><br>friends who also had a house with them had mould in kitchen cupboards and more issues that just didnt get resolved. In the RNL reviews, people had even worse experiences, the reviews are wild so please check, be careful!!

They had great knowledge of the house and the area and were able to provide the buyers with lots of useful information about the house when they came for the viewing. They've been very responsive in getting things moving quickly. Very pleased with the service we've received so far.

23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Absolutely perfect!<br>Julie and Yvonne answered all my queries with empathy and human warmth, making me feel comfortable to rent my first place on my own with them.<br><br>From the initial viewing to handing in my notice I was always impressed.<br><br>The response times were super quick, with no issue left unfixed. Straightforward no nonsense application and tenancy set up. Can’t fault them or the service they gave me.<br><br>Wish I could use them for everywhere I rent! 1st Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)I sold my flat with Jenna a few months ago. She was so helpful in helping me through the process, brilliant in communication and always responded quickly. It was a leasehold which was an absolute nightmare to sell, but she found a buyer with a price that I was happy with. She managed to help me when my tenants left, she went above and beyond to sort out a furniture issue where things were left outside in the communal areas and also gave me meter readings as I live far from the property. She even helped me with sorting out a gas man and electrician when there was an issue. 5 stars, thank you so much Jenna.

I was helped by Paul Jennings, who was knowledgeable, professional and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He explained the process for both options which made it easier for me to make my decision.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or sell their property and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future. 11th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)From start to finish the experience of purplebricks was terrible and more stressful than the process demands. They used a cut and paste description of the property that was completely false and uninformative, alongside photos that were missing to cover the rooms properly. This meant we had to write the description and take our own pictures despite us having paid for them to perform this service. Once the house finally went live onto the portal they had it listed over the value we had agreed. Purplebricks were not helpful in getting feedback after viewings and a key issue is that the portal does not allow to block out days on the calendar. This meant that we were getting viewing requests when we were on holiday that we were unable to rearrange. I would not recommend to anyone looking to sell, the cost saving of using this provider is reflected in their disinterest in proactively marketing and selling your property as they have already been paid.
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
