We started with the ‘well known large Kent estate agent’ who were absolutely dire and let us down badly, whereas Firefly gave sensible advice, were always responsive and always answered the phone. A smaller independent agent like Firefly gives you the same Rightmove coverage as those giant agents but with more reasonable fees and staff that actually care about their customers. Received a first class service from Connells at Tunbridge Wells. Ollie was very friendly, honest and professional and his experience in the housing market second to none. From valuation to marketing to viewings and then completing the service we received was exceptional. All staff were polite friendly and always put themselves out to help answer questions and concerns.
