Having been through two different agents, we hooked up with them feeling somewhat dispirited. They were different - they let us use some of our own content for a start which was greatly appreciated.<br><br>We worked closely with Mike from start to finish. What stood out for us was not just his professionalism and clear advice, but the fact that he brought humour and lightness to what can be a very stressful process. It made the whole journey feel far more manageable. Almost relaxed even.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout — Mike kept us updated at every stage, was quick to respond to questions, and took time to explain the legal steps in plain English.
