26th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)We started with the ‘well known large Kent estate agent’ who were absolutely dire and let us down badly, whereas Firefly gave sensible advice, were always responsive and always answered the phone. A smaller independent agent like Firefly gives you the same Rightmove coverage as those giant agents but with more reasonable fees and staff that actually care about their customers. We would whole-heartedly recommend Firefly.
1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Adam was fantastic throughout our property search. He managed to arrange a viewing for us at very short notice, even though all Saturday appointments were already booked. He was always quick to respond to our questions and proactive in getting information from both the agency and the seller.<br>Although we didn’t end up buying through the agency, they were by far the best agency we dealt with during our search. Everyone we spoke to and met at viewings was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We’d highly recommend Adam and the team.

15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)We used bracketts for our level 3 RICS survey on a house purchase recently. I dont often leave reviews, but this was exceptional! The work was incredibly thorough. The write-up was incredibly clear, with non-technical explanations and path forward with repair suggestions. We then had a followup call after reading to clarify even more. It’s a nerve wracking scenario buying a 140 year old property, but I do believe the work done by bracketts is great and I have high confidence in the survey. Thank you

Our estate agent Emma was fantastic every step of the way, from viewing to completion she was in regular contact, chased up documents and solicitors and managed to get our sale completed in record time. She was so lovely and friendly which is a rare combination in this day. Having previously used other estate agents in the area and had bad experiences, I couldn't recommend Emma and Ward's enough.
