Although it was Stockton Branch, the Managing Director of both Branches tried to justify the terrible treatment and lack of any consideration from Stockton. Absolutely zero support and a terrible experience, no calls returned, no updates, and eventually blanked. **AVOID**
31st Jan 2024 (2 years ago)What can I say, Parker Stag, Martin and his team are amazing. After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

Only have good things to say about the lettings department, but the repairs team/property management are the laziest , least helpful people ever . We have a baby in our property and they could’ve cared less about 2 weeks with no heating, a leak for 2 weeks , damp. Absolutely useless
2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Be warned this company is really bad takes deposits and makes excuses up not to proceed and to keep holding deposits along with taking a deposit and when partner admitted she had previous credit issues they tried to say it was not declared when it was and have proof of this. I will be doing full media coverage about this company on tiktok and Facebook so I will upload all proof what I am saying and then you will know not to use Drummonds at all if you are a Tennant or a landlord. I will update a link later today to show evidence and full correspondence from colin drummond of Billingham. Thanks for reading
11th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I let 2 properties with kings estate agents and I can't praise them enough.they go above and beyond and are always on hand to help and guide you. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

11th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)We agreed to 20 weeks with them to sell our house, they failed so after 32 weeks we left and they still charged us £264. We are currently looking for an Agent who will make a good effort to sell our property.
16th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)From the beginning, communication was poor. Calls and emails were ignored, updates were not provided unless I chased repeatedly, and I often felt completely in the dark about what was happening with my own property. Basic professionalism and proactive communication were simply not there. What is most frustrating is that a perfectly viable sale appears to have been sabotaged by a lack of competence and care. Key information was either delayed or poorly handled, follow-ups with the buyer were not managed properly, and issues that could have been resolved quickly were allowed to escalate unnecessarily. Instead of guiding the process smoothly, the agent created confusion and tension. There was no sense of urgency, no strategic negotiation, and no accountability when things started to fall apart. Rather than taking responsibility, I was met with excuses and deflection. Selling a property is stressful enough without having to micromanage the very person you are paying to represent your interests. I expected expertise, diligence, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I received the opposite. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before instructing this agency.

The previous team of Brian & Neil were excellent but now the staff won't return calls or emails and still owe me £150 since last Dec which they promised to pay but never have. Very poor.
4th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)We have rented a house through vision properties for the last 3 years and it’s been a wonderful experience with them. The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Administration of the property leasing old school, no silly apps and speak to people which is great. However that’s where the good part comes ends. The problem is the inspector and the property manager. Poor landlord is suffering the consequence, a lot of inconsistencies in what they are saying to both parties, as is the poor tenant that relies on them To make matters worse lettings manager ignores complaints rather than properly investigating. Even after council report, no acknowledgment of issues. What can one do?

I almost lost my two bedroom house in Redcar due to the Dubious ways my previous Estate Agent handling of my property and the letting of it. Thank you so much Andrew .I couldn't thank you enough for protecting my future pension income. The property was bought to give me an income when I retire, but almost lost it because of the previous Estate Agents . I will always be grateful to PH Estate Agents. I can say without a doubt Andrew you are indeed a life safer in my time of high difficulty regarding the eviction, organising the repairs and successfully legally rented my property out. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
