Absolutely NO interest, personable approach or motivation in presentation! In short personality and sales approach of a cold fish!

Her communication was excellent throughout ,always clear, honest, and timely,which gave us real peace of mind .nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Goundrys again and would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent.

They were so supportive throughout the sale of my home and the purchase of our new home. I received regular updates and advice and were able to answer any questions that I had. The whole team went that extra mile to ensure things went smoothly and I felt completely assured through the process. I would recommend them without hesitation.

11th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)I would highly recommend. It took an absolute age for our sale to go through due to the constant questions, nit picking and foot dragging by our buyers solicitor. Liz Kevern kept us on an even keel throughout when there were times when we felt like throwing the towel in. Her sensible advice and local knowledge were invaluable. She stayed connected throughout the whole process and was very approachable. Thanks to the sales staff's efforts also. Ours was not an easy property to sell but Claire finally managed it. Must not forget the admin staff either. Our thanks to all.
