16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Andrew, Nicola and Toby were all fantastic throughout my sale experience. Andrew talked me through the whole process and put my property on the market. Using the web portal they'd set up for me, it made it easy to see what viewings were happening and I could keep track on the process. When the offer came in it was a straight forward process to accept and move on to the next stage. There were some problems with my buyer later down the line but Nicola worked tirelessly to get the movement through and communicated well every step of the way

They have been very helpful and informative all the way through the sale of my mother’s house . Luckily, we sold it very quickly thanks to Bradley, who came to view the property and was very confident that it would sell .. indeed he was right, the first viewers bought it !! I also have to thank Natasha, who kept us fully updated as the sale progressed, sending emails on a weekly basis … also Caroline and indeed Alex that came in towards the end of the sale … what more can I say … a truly great team that pull together to help the sale go through smoothly and indeed it did!! A big thank you again to Bradley who started the ball rolling back in March … and we completed the sale this week !! Well done to you all at the Wickford branch, who I would truly recommend to clients buying and selling . You’re a true team …..
8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Edit- this review was taken down temporarily, due to abbots reporting it, despite it being a fair and just review. They are upset that their ai photos dont look good, and somebody called them out! Although my 1 star is not only for the ai photos, as they know.<br><br>I could tell you a million reasons as to why this company is the worst letting agency out there, but I will keep it short. Unprofessional workers who treat you awful, and bully you. Peter I will never forget your rudeness, even though they moved you to a different branch, instead of firing you. You are evil and attempt to make tenants lives worse. I do not say this lightly. They also use ai photos to advertise for real properties (making the outside of the house look brand new when in real life, it is crumbled and overgrown). This is clearly a bad choice because you are falsely advertising properties, by enhancing them and making them look significantly more done up and clean than they are. Definitely avoid, if you can!<br><br>I will also add that the fact they tried to hide my review, surely says alot. They know they have done wrong yet they will not correct it. A completely dishonest, disrespectful company. Go diggins or something, at least they use real images of the properties, and dont try to scam you.<br><br>Pictures attatched are some clear ai images used for one of their properties. If you cannot tell, take a moment to look and it will become obvious. The lamp? The weird kitchen decor? Not to even mention that they have completely erased all the peeling wallpaper, the real floor, etc, everything in these images is fake. This is outrageous. (Also weird photo of ai jesus?)

We originally went with Gibson & Brennan however they were rude, ready to take low offers and went against our wishes. Bear estate agents were polite, supportive, worked hard and great throughout. A pleasant experience at a good cost! Would totally recommend. special thanks to Ellie, Jack, Joe, Leanne (those that I knew of)

16th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The digital app and the advertising works really well. Being able to control viewings and offers on the app is brilliant and highly recommend other estate agents do this. Once the property was live and our original agent changed, every interaction has been awful. Promised weekly phone calls from our dedicated agent, didn't receive any. Agent has changed multiple times without our knowledge. Been on to live chat to ask for call backs when we had offers as we asked for help to negotiate and still didn't get a call back. Ended up just doing it myself. Have since accepted an offer and still haven't had a phone call from anyone. Even after going online and asking someone to call. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely not worth £999. Actually feel like we shouldn't pay a penny as they done nothing to help us.

The perfect service you should be getting. All information I could ask for, they even chased my solicitors. This is exactly the agent I would like to have in any field. Can´t thank you enough! Not only are they very professional and ensure they look after your interests, but they are genuinely very nice people, not at all pushy and all nice people. 29th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)This is the only Estate Agents that i can genuinely say care about their clients as well as the landlords! Our current landlord used Oakheart when we moved into his property and the guys were so helpful, (i did a review then as I was so impressed!). We are now moving back to Surrey and our landlord has used Oakheart once again. I have been liaising with Minty regarding viewings via email; she has been so friendly, kind and considerate especially with viewings around the busy Xmas period. She hasn't been demanding and has worked around our shift work schedule (Train Driver), when it comes to booking people to view the property. It is so refreshing for existing tenants to be treated with kindness as well as possible new tenants and the landlords. Thank you Minty and Oakheart! Happy New Year x

Having only had contact with her at the end of the purchase, we feel she has gone above and beyond to get everything across the line for us, when she didn’t even need to! Matthew at Bairstoweves had also been particularly helpful and very friendly over the phone. Will definitely use them again! Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly from here!! Thanks again :)
