17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Thank you to Emily at Richard Kendall's for a first class service from the beginning to end of the sale of our property.<br>We were constantly updated as to viewings and the progress of the sale until completion.<br>We'd recommend, and use them again, for future transactions.
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Rental service<br>The inventory service was unorganized and the staff lacked knowledge of meter readings and codes. Furthermore, the water tank was not clean despite a claimed check, and the centralized heating system was damaged with no operating codes provided."<br>I asked about EICR report they have provided a report with wrong address.<br>Altogether 4 heater and water heater is not working. Before take any rental property they will ask to sign and give money without the documents and proper check.
2nd Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)I do feel that they need to have social media platforms to promote properties like most agents do. Also there is no shop to go in or for them to advertise the brochure etc. there way of working g may work for some for houses that will sell quickly but not for me.

3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)It never turned up to the view in. Making up excuses. I find this very, very disappointing from a letting agency making it harder for people like myself to try and find somewhere to live. And then they refused to turn not to the view and make one excuse after another. I find this very disappointed and very angry I come two and a half hours away on Friday and never turned up. It's one skis after a novel. And I find it very disappointing. When someone's coming nearly two and a half hours away to view a property. I'm very disappointed and very angry and now I've got to look for another letting agency. Never wanted to resolve it.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

As a buyer, I had an excellent experience with them from the very first viewing right through to completion.<br><br>The entire process was handled in a very professional, friendly and efficient manner. From the initial viewing, the team were welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful, and they made the whole experience feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication throughout the purchase was excellent, and I always felt that I could rely on them whenever I had a question or needed an update.<br><br>What really stood out was how supportive and professional the team remained throughout the whole process, especially as the purchase progressed towards exchange and completion.
