I found them to be professional and very efficient, whilst being friendly and very approachable at all times. Calum, Kerry and Reece in particular were so helpful, from the moment the house went on the market they constantly kept us updated during the process of the sale, and went above and beyond to support us! We would highly recommend the team at Horizon!

Helen was my appointed contact and was always able to answer questions and kept me in the loop.<br>We shall soon be selling my partners property and will not hesitate in using Bear again. Very thorough during the process which she went through in every detail with viewings from interested people to taking photos to advertising my property online and negotiating the best price. I was impressed with all the effort Adele went to and she spent time explaining everything to me unlike other Estate Agents I spoke to. I would recommend these Estate Agents to any seller or buyer.

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Gilbert and Rose had a professional approach to valuing my property and seemed enthusiastic. We received and accepted an offer the day after the advert went live. The communication from then onwards was very poor. I had to chase for information as the memorandum of sale had not been issued more than 10 days after accepting the offer. Although the delay may not have been a direct fault of Gilbert and Rose, I had to chase daily for progress and as I am writing to this I have not received an update on progress and I am going to need to chase again.
