Really friendly and made you feel like you were receiving a personal service. Cannot recommend them enough.
20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Since May 2026 I have rented an apartment that is part of a large 1900s building. In summary from my 1st viewing, items that were going to be fixed prior to tenancy were never fixed. Lots of emails/photos communication but did not result in any action by Reed/ Landlord. Ongoing saga and my recommendation is to avoid as there are far better letting agents in the marketplace. The new rental laws from 1st May allow walking away with 2 months notice which is a great step forward.

2nd Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)The communication with Haart was good. The offer was less than I wanted though. Another agency also gave a higher valuation, the same as Haart did. However, I accepted the offer on Haart's recommendation, as the buyer is a first-time buyer with no chain and houses had gone down in price in the area.

Staff was friendly and straight on point, which I personally really appreciate due to the uncertain nature of finding a new property to rent.
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Quite disappointing, I call in on Monday and spoke with a Danielle who proceeds to huff and puff down the phone and say she has not yet sat down and when ready she will send an email for an application (this is at 9.30am ish) I was made to seem like it I was a nuisance calling and the complete attitude during the call was horrendous. Called again today as we made our enquiry on Saturday when the property was listed via rightmove, spoke on Monday and agreed once she has spoken with tenants she will call me only to get an email to say they are all booked. I have no issue with a first come first serve basis but the attitude from this member of staff on the phone is shocking put aside the messy communication. Completely put me off this estate agent entirely if that’s the expectation for staff to speak to customers then I’m glad I don’t have to deal with Ashleigh Stone again.
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Would not recommend. I’ve been a customer in various properties for over 10 years. Service charges aren’t justified. They make amounts up, charge you for them and don’t carry out the work. Multiple other tenants I know have said the same about them. Despite a decade-long relationship, if you owe them £1, they will send out bailiffs without warning.
