All the staff was always very helpful, from viewings, sales, lettings, everyone communicated very well, always helped and saved a lot of hassle. Big praise for Helen and Jade on getting property over the line and arranging new letting contracts. All agents and solicitors should look up to them as it is very rear in these days to get such a good service!<br>Thank you very much!

2nd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)The communication with Haart was good. The offer was less than I wanted though. Another agency also gave a higher valuation, the same as Haart did. However, I accepted the offer on Haart's recommendation, as the buyer is a first-time buyer with no chain and houses had gone down in price in the area.

6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Very tricky and will not tell you exactly why not offering you flat even you have gurantor.<br>One day said come next day 1pm and that day saying oh already gone. I didnt get it.<br>I thought may be I am foreigner or racism is the reason.<br>On universal credit don’t even think to get a flat on rent. Very disappointing and dissatisfied……

I’m a relatively new landlord and 1st Call made the process of letting really easy. I’ve found Richard very knowledgeable of the Industry and was always keen to offer his market expertise. Camilla kept me updated on potential tenants and arranged numerous viewings whilst suggesting potential home improvements what could make my property more attractive, this was always genuine, constructive and value added feedback. Overall very happy with the service.
